Create Email using Fragments and Adobe stock

Use Journey Optimizer to send email messages to your customers. You can create, personalize, and preview messages in the Email Designer.

• Create a Fragment

  • Name/label: Email Header Flight 24h

  • Type is by default Email only for now (Fragments will be available for other channels)

  • Fragments can use dynamic content and offer decisioning

• Create your Email content template:

  • Go to “Content Templates” in Content Management section (left menu of AJO)

  • Create New Content Template from scratch or from existing templates

  • You can build your email template from scratch by dragging and dropping structure, content blocks, and Fragments like the one created above

  • Regarding assets, you can use the existing assets and/or get new assets from Adobe Stock
